Dear Customer

If the reason for your service call is not related to a fault with the Kleenmaid Appliance and covered under the Kleenmaid warranty conditions the cost of the service call is chargeable to you the customer.

The minimum service call out charge is $110.00

Your KLEENMAID warranty does not cover faults or damage which are not directly due to defective materials or workmanship, for example, faults caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, improper installation, power surges or spikes and other electrical interference.

Your warranty is void if your Kleenmaid Appliance was not installed by an approved Kleenmaid Installer or a Electrician or Plumber with the appropriate licence.
